  • Within a limited timeframe of 4 months the SAP team managed to migrate a database monitoring tool from an on-premise solution to a cloud-based solution in order to save $2M per annual
    • Defined the change management and communication strategy for this SAP cloud migration project including a change impact & risk analysis
    • Build the stakeholder engagement list and plan the communication towards these different stakeholders across three regions; Europe, India and America
    • Designed, planned, executed and monitored the training programme for the end users of the new SAP cloud-based monitoring tool. Worked closely together with the project manager during these trainings
    • Day-to-day stakeholder relationship building to get sign offs from each database owner for project closer
  • The Enterprise Recovery Programme aims to prepare Shell to respond and recover from an unforeseeable cyber-attack. My role is to help define and execute the change and communication strategy and plan through engagement initiatives and creative storytelling that reaches the hearts and minds of senior leaders, IT community, Shell businesses and employees to create a sense of urgency for action.
    • Support, coached and motivated the change and communication team (3 FTE’s)
    • Implement a new governance structure: Decision Review Board, Programme Steering Group, Programme Delivery Group & Workstream Steering Groups
      • Team invites, agenda, minutes, recordings, action follow-up
    • Defined programme communication strategy: Yammer posts, executive (sponsor) communication, team events and programme status and action reporting towards programme governance
    • Defined and Implement change management strategy on workstream level, e.g. implementation of Google suite when Microsoft office is down due to an unforeseeable cyber-attack
    • Implemented agile way of working in the change & communication team using Azure Devops
    • Close collaboration with senior stakeholders of the programme, sponsor, programme manager and product manager
    • Close collaboration with the workstream project managers (based on India) to support their projects with the people side of change and stakeholder engagement plans
    • Kicked off the implementation of the change message of the Enterprise Recovery programme
